Rules:Note that proof will be requested during dispute resolution. Sellers are advised to take recordings and pictures of items during handoff before they leave their store branch. Different item types have their different dispute windows. Goods bound by warranty are subject to warranty laws which are strictly between buyer and seller. Buyers have access to sellers and can continue communication post purchase and delivery. We can help in disputes concerning warranty but our job stops at the successful reception of items and dispute window expiry.
